Our large, secure gated acreage sits in the heart of Haiku, offering the ultimate launchpad for island explorers. Staying with us puts you 45 minutes closer to the Road to Hana and the majestic Haleakala crater than the main tourist zones, saving you precious travel time on your morning adventures.

 

When you aren't out chasing waterfalls or watching world-class windsurfers at nearby Ho'okipa Beach, you can enjoy ultimate walkable convenience. Simply stroll out our back gate to enjoy fresh morning coffee and scones at Baked on Maui cafe, or grab daytime grocery staples at the historic Pauwela Cannery area. Just bring your clothes and your Aloha spirit—we can't wait to welcome you to your home away from home.

Most comfortable for a romantic couple's getaway, it features a cozy living space, custom colorful handmade decor, a full kitchen, and a private covered outdoor patio with a picnic table and sun chairs.

  • Vehicle Access: Includes exactly 1 designated parking space on the property. No EV charging permitted.

THE NORTH SHORE WAY OF LIFE

• Traditional Climate (No A/C): To keep our homes authentic and eco-friendly, our properties rely on natural island trade winds, open windows, and ceiling fans to self-regulate temperature. Our side of the island is beautifully breezy and sits 5–10 degrees cooler than the resort zones.

• Quiet & Residential: Our surrounding small towns are great for shopping and dining, but please note that local shops close by 5:00 PM and restaurants wind down by 9:00 PM. There is no nightlife here, and we ask guests to respect our sleeping neighbors.

 

• Health & Safety Environment: To protect our family and future travelers, our entire gated property is strictly 100% Smoke-Free and 100% Animal-Free (no exceptions due to severe medical dander allergies).

 

• Property Privacy: To maintain total safety and privacy for everyone sharing our property acreage, strictly registered guests only are permitted on site. No outside visitors, commercial tour pickups, or unlisted guest drop-offs are allowed.
